Service Scope:
Success Drive Vision provides technology support, AI automation, website development, business consultancy, social media management, payment gateway integration, API integration, digital marketing, SEO and cloud or hosting assistance. Final scope, timeline, deliverables and pricing are confirmed through written communication, invoice, proposal or service agreement.

Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide accurate requirements, required access, content, approvals and payment on time. Delays in providing information, credentials, hosting access, brand assets or feedback may affect delivery timelines.

Payments:
Fees, milestones and payment schedules are communicated before work begins. Work may be paused for overdue payments. Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, paid plugins, ads, gateway fees or external subscriptions are the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Intellectual Property:
After full payment, client-specific deliverables created for the client may be handed over as agreed. Success Drive Vision may retain ownership of reusable code patterns, internal tools, templates, workflows, know-how and non-client-specific assets.

Acceptable Use:
Clients must not use our services for illegal activity, fraud, spam, malware, misleading claims, unauthorized access, abusive behavior or violation of third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability:
Success Drive Vision is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party service downtime, hosting provider issues, payment gateway rejection, platform policy changes, search engine ranking fluctuation or delays caused by missing client inputs.

Support and Maintenance:
Support is provided according to the agreed package. Changes beyond the approved scope may require additional charges.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01 July 2026

Success Drive Vision aims to deliver clear, fair and professional services. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled.

Consultation and Setup Fees:
Consultation, discovery, audit, planning, setup and administrative fees are generally non-refundable once the work has started or the consultation has been delivered.

Project Payments:
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed. If a project is cancelled before execution begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting payment gateway charges, administrative costs and time already spent. If design, development, strategy, integration, marketing setup, support or delivery work has started, fees for completed work are non-refundable.

Third-Party Costs:
Domain, hosting, software, plugin, ad spend, API, payment gateway, email, cloud, SMS, marketplace, subscription or third-party vendor charges are non-refundable once purchased or activated.

Service Issues:
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, Success Drive Vision will first attempt correction, replacement or reasonable support. Refunds are not issued for issues caused by incorrect client information, changed requirements, delayed approvals, third-party downtime, server restrictions or unsupported external systems.

Refund requests must be sent to info@sdv.in with payment details, project details and reason for request. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable processing period.
